Description
We are seeking motivated and customer-centric Operations Managers to lead our parking operations in various locations.
The Operations Manager oversees all day‑to‑day functions of a Class A office building parking garage, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with building standards. This role is responsible for staff management, financial performance, tenant satisfaction, safety, and maintenance of a premium parking environment consistent with Class A property expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily garage operations including entry/exit systems, payment processes, traffic flow, and overall service standards.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and well‑organized facility aligned with Class A building requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance (gates, ticketing machines, payment kiosks, cameras) and manage repairs, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
- Implement and uphold operational policies, procedures, and service protocols.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Manage the garage budget, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting.
- Monitor daily transactions and auditing procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- Track occupancy levels, monthly parking accounts, validations, and special billing.
- Analyze financial and operational data to improve efficiency and maximize profitability.
Tenant & Customer Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, building management, and daily parkers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with building stakeholders.
- Partner with property management to support building events, visitor access, and special parking needs.
- Ensure service levels reflect the standards of a premier Class A environment.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with building policies, municipal regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, incident reporting, and employee training.
- Implement emergency procedures and coordinate with security and property management as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, Expertise and Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in parking operations, property management, or related facility management; Class A building experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and revenue management.
- Familiarity with parking technologies, access control systems, and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.
