- Collaborate with Senior QA Engineers or product owners to create and update test cases in TestRail for new features and releases, aligning test plans with user stories and business requirements.
- Assist with exploratory testing on new and existing features, especially regarding partner site testing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the software, identify bugs and document them in the bug tracking system, and ensure that fixes are implemented correctly.
- Communicate test results and findings to stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress and issues.
- Learn and experiment with new testing methodologies, automation concepts (e.g., Playwright), and AI-assisted tools for test planning.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and QA syncs, providing regular updates on testing progress and issues.
