We are now looking for an experienced Senior Solution Manager, Oracle Cloud ERP to take ownership of our Oracle Fusion platform and its end-to-end support model. In this role, you will act as the product owner of the platform and play a key role in evolving our ERP landscape across the organization.

What you will be doing

As a Senior Solution Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our Oracle Fusion ERP platform and its services. You will operate at the core of our global IT landscape, working closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Owning and managing the Oracle Fusion application lifecycle, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance

• Acting as IT product owner for ERP services, defining roadmap priorities, solution design trade-offs, and release planning

• Leading a global team of Solution Design Owners and enabling a consistent service management model across Fusion instances

• Managing external AMS and delivery partners to ensure high-quality service and continuous improvement

• Owning the ERP delivery model, ensuring agreed service levels, cost efficiency, and development outcomes

• Driving improvements in stability, security, usability, and adoption of the platform, including leveraging AI where relevant

• Acting as a trusted representative of global IT towards business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency

• Managing the platform budget and guiding investment decisions to best support business needs

What you’ll bring to the role

We are looking for a pragmatic and business-oriented leader with a strong background in ERP platforms and service management.

You bring:

• Solid experience in service management within multinational environments and proven leadership capabilities

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP, and their role in manufacturing or industrial environments

• Experience in roles such as Product Owner, Business Platforms Manager, or similar (5+ years)

• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, system development, and functional rollouts

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority

• A mindset focused on simplification, standardization, and value creation

• Good project management skills and ability to drive initiatives in a structured and pragmatic way

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Willingness to travel internationally when require
