Layout Designer (M/W/D)

Reporting to the Lead Line Designer, your missions will be: Accountable for Quality, Cost, Delay projects deliverables (layouts/conveyors quotations) for the assigned projects. Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes . Create a collaborative project team environment. Effectively engage with Stakeholders. Build quality into processes and deliverables. Group of functional activities critical for the effective delivery of the project: Understand customer needs. Perform Site Survey and participate in customer meetings. Collect inputs from internal Product Divisions and Suppliers to develop engineering layouts for the offer, in line with Company sales strategy to satisfy customer specifications and requirements. Accountable for line dimensioning and accumulations calculation, with the purpose to achieve a line efficiency in accordance with standard internal guidelines and customer expectations. Prepare conveyors quotation in line with Project Manager Proposal requirements and Customer specifications. Integrate all the equipment into the layout, in accordance with safety, ergonomics and efficiency requirements. Ensure data collection for project launch and handover with Design Execution Team.
