Responsibilities

The purpose of the Business Loan Servicing Coordinator is to provide a high level of member services, process telephone, email and complex file maintenance requests and comply with credit union policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines. This position is responsible for performing and effective quality control review of new business lending loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and lien perfection, if applicable. This position is responsible for verifying that all loan closing packages contain required documentation, organizes and tracks established processes and loan file contents to ensure completeness and compliance to applicable policies and procedures. A significant degree of creativity, data analysis and problem-solving skills are required to effectively provide solutions to business lending loan servicing area.
 
With no budgetary responsibility, the Business Loan Servicing Coordinator performs a variety of essential and often complex lending support services and demonstrates teamwork. This role has limited supervision of work and completes reviews of loan files, coordinates with the lending team to procure corrected documents as needed to ensure a complete and accurate loan files and provides members with excellent service. This position supports loan servicing operations, verifies all collateral is recorded in a timely manner and subsequently satisfied when loans are paid off, document imaging and works cooperatively with team members to accomplish goals. This position assists team members to provide assistance where needed. This position maintains loan files as well as the business loan portfolio, including line of credit advances, UCC renewals/terminations, mortgage satisfactions, title releases, payoff requests, loan adjustments, etc. In addition, this role sets up and manages tracking items, handles member requests, ensures follow- up for post-closing conditions and settlement. This position will be responsible for monitoring various reports including, but not limited to, Letera, State National and Sageworks Declined, etc…

• Knowledge of loan documentation policies and procedures and business lending practice and regulations
• Knowledge of Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and/or Recorder of Deeds documentation

• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

Compensation Overview

We are excited to offer a competitive salary for this position. This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.


The minimum salary for this position is:

$17.78+/hr
