
Overnight Security Dispatcher (Remote - Texas Only) | Special Events & Account Support
Job Description
General Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicate updates and challenges with the Client Relations team and Operations team.
- Professionally communicate with customers on weekends until project manager is back in the office.
- Manage, review, and audit client schedules in spreadsheets and time keeping systems.
- Responsible for meeting deadlines on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or other equivalent education.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Customer Services: 1-2 year (preferred).
- Security Background: 1-2 years (preferred).
- Administrative Experience: 1-2 years (preferred).
- Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Handle and access escalations
- Scheduling and submitting time approvals
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Great Problem solving skills
- Alternative monthly schedules: One month Mon-Thurs. One Month Thurs-Sun
- Dispatch role or answering calls and emails through out the night
- MUST HAVE A GUARD CARD

Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, listen, and operate a computer.

- Moderate noise. (Business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic)
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
