Job Summary:
Bethanna is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team. This role provides one-on-one behavioral health support to children and youth, working in collaboration with caregivers, schools, and community members. The Behavioral Health Technician supports the implementation of the Individual Resiliency Plan (IRP), providing direct intervention, coaching, and modeling to promote crisis stabilization and help manage challenging behaviors in various settings
Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician (IBHS)
Location: Reed Street, Philadelphia – Travel to schools, homes, and communities required
Schedule: Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19 per hour and Mileage reimbursed at $0.65 per mile

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized services to children/youth as outlined in the IRP
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies across multiple settings (home, school, community)
- Support children/youth and caregivers in managing and responding to behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure treatment consistency
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to program standards and ethical practices
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year working with children in behavioral health, mental health, or human services (preferred)
- Must be able to travel between service locations
- Reliable transportation required
