MSI Express is a single-source contract manufacturing and packaging company, delivering innovative engineering solutions from our strategically located network of manufacturing facilities.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 3 months (Summer 2026)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Location: Grand Prairie, TX
- Pay: $18.00 - $20.00
- Benefits: This role is not eligible for benefits
Work Environment: Workstation based in Grand Prairie, with opportunities to visit various production sites to observe and document processes.
Final Project: Interns will build a presentation for upper management covering their internship experience, projects worked on, changes made, results achieved, and recommendations for improvement.

Internship Focus Areas:
As an Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in:
- Project Startup & Optimization: Assist in the startup and optimization of manufacturing lines, focusing on efficiency and throughput improvements.
- Technical Documentation Development: Support the development of work instructions, centerline documents, and process improvement plans.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess production throughput and operational efficiency for new product lines.
