This position is open to all current Maintenance Supervisor I and Maintenance Supervisor IIs (Car Equipment)
- Basic knowledge of CBTC systems.
- Make weekly CBTC staffing schedule.
- Assign hourly employees to CBTC tasks.
- Assign staff to read and determine failures from TT and download information.
- Assign findings to Car Inspector or Road Car Inspector for repair.
- Compile CBTC reports including part failures for future analysis and material forecasting.
- Know or be willing to learn programs on PTE and laptops related to CBTC such as ATS and SPLUNK.
- Attend CBTC meetings
Education and Experience:
This position is open to current Maintenance Supervisors (Car Equipment) employees who have a permanent status in title.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work at various field locations on a 24 hour, 7days/week basis in the performance of assigned Tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent Decision-making skills
