
Senior Document Controller
Job Description
The Senior Document Controller oversees project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, accessibility, and timely distribution throughout the project lifecycle. This role establishes and maintains document control systems, manages workflows, enforces version control, and ensures project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders have access to current, approved information. Responsibilities include maintaining documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, and approvals; supporting file migrations and audits; and performing related administrative tasks. The role may also involve training employees on records management procedures, including documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction, and recovery.
