What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and can be located in St. Charles, IL, or Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will perform payables related functions of the company. You will report directly to VP AP Accounting Operations and regularly collaborate with the team other departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Reviewing and processing paperwork for initial rental payments in accordance with Lease terms.
Reviewing and processing urgent daily payment requests.
Researching and evaluating extension payments for accuracy
Researching and responding to emails related to property rent changes and credits due to the company.
Assisting with daily check requests.
Reviewing and processing payments for Corporate Housing and Rental Furniture Vendors
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Microsoft D365 Experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products; particularly Outlook and Excel
Incumbent should have excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to self-start, an ability to multi task, and be a team player.
Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
Ability to structure workload to meet urgent deadlines.
One to three years of experience.
Associates degree a plus.

Pay Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is $20-$22, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process.
