The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure positive guest experiences. Key Job Responsibilities:• Providing exceptional customer service• Acknowledging and engaging customers that approach the customer service desk• Managing customer purchase paperwork• Entering sales transactions into the computer system with accuracy• Handling cash, credit card, check, and other financial transactions• Processing credit applications while maintaining confidentiality of customer records• Effectively explaining financing plans and other terms of sale to the customer• Effectively explaining the terms for customer pickup or delivery.
