FACILITIES TECHNICIAN (m/f/d)
Heidelberg Marriott Hotel

To strengthen our Engineering team, we are looking for a full-time Facilities Technician (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Monitoring and inspecting technical systems in cooperation with the team
• Repair and maintenance of our guest rooms, technical areas, and public spaces
• Ensuring smooth hotel operations
• Implementation of all Marriott standards

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training in a technical trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, painter, carpenter, or similar) or comparable experience
• Initial professional experience in a similar technical role, ideally in the hotel industry
• Solid technical expertise
• Good German and good English skills
• You are a team player with strong organizational skills
• You have a quick grasp of things, are capable of multitasking, and can work under pressure
• You will work a 5-day week with early and late shifts. Weekend and public holiday on-site duty is shared on a rotating basis.
