Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on .NET development experience.
Experience with .NET, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and API-based integrations.
Basic to intermediate experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Azure TFVC or Git.
Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework/.NET Core ecosystem.
Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles.
Strong foundation in Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP).
Excellent attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain DOE clearance.
