Job Description
The Sr. Regional Operational Excellence Manager, Southwest Region is responsible for the development and successful implementation journey of Operational Excellence. The Manager provides coaching of the Refresco Management System (RMS), Kaizen, and the Operational Excellence vision and strategy. This includes deploying change management, operational playbooks, creation of standardized software tools, and talent capabilities across subjects including safety, first pass quality, line productivity, yield, indirect labor, and maintenance improvements. In addition, have the ability and willingness to teach and coach employees in Lean and Kaizen; some tools being the 8 Wastes, Standard Work, SMED, 5S, and Centerlining.
