About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to own and optimise our automated marketing programs across the business. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys building smart, data‑driven journeys that improve customer experience and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Working closely with the National Marketing and Business and Development teams, you will act as the subject matter expert in marketing automation, delivering scalable, data-driven automation strategies aligned to our business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
·Build and deploy CRM and Adobe Marketo automation campaigns end-to-end
·Develop lead nurture programs across the customer lifecycle
·Execute audience segmentation and triggered communications
·Translate campaign briefs into platform-ready executions
·Manage post-event communications (follow-ups and event post communication, nurture streams)
·Conduct A/B testing, QA and campaign deployment
·Monitor and analyse campaign performance and lifecycle outcomes
·Maintain data quality and CRM governance standards
Support operational processes including reporting and admin
About you:
The applicant must have experience in CRM driven environments with a focus on automation and supporter/customer journeys.
- 3-5 years hands-on experience building lifecycle journeys, flows and automations.
- Experience in Adobe Marketo.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and optimisation
- Understanding of CRM integration, segmentation, and data management
- Confident translating briefs into technical campaign builds
- Strong attention to detail across testing and QA processes
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities cross marketing, business development and the business
