Senior IT Systems Support Officer

We are now looking to recruit a Senior IT Systems Officer to join our IT Team based in Dublin, but with the flexibility to travel to other locations within Ireland as required. The Role: The Senior IT Systems Officer is responsible for the stability, security, and efficiency of the company’s technical infrastructure. Serving as the primary escalation point for the IT Support Assistant, the Senior role ensures high-level technical resolution and the optimization of core business systems, including SAP B1, Salesforce, and Office 365.
