Software Engineer I

Job Summary : SEACORP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Software Engineer to join our growing team. The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, implementation, and testing of software solutions that support mission-critical defense applications. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers in a professional and technically focused environment. Job Responsibilities Include: Participates in a waterfall development and testing process to produce reliable software solutions for mission critical systems. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to software and mission problems. Participates in all of the software disciplines available including UI, Infrastructure, and back-end development. Interfaces with Management, Software Engineers, Test Engineers, Operations, and Trainers to generate thorough solutions to problems. Is self-motivated to uncover software issues, explore solutions to resolve them, and can communicate the issues and solutions with the team. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update or enhance existing software capabilities.
