As HR Operations advisor, you will provide essential support for HR processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in routine transactions that matter most to our people. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and delivering reliable and efficient HR operations What is the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to strengthen our HR Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the flawless execution of core HR transactions—maintaining accurate employee data, supporting time and absence processes, and preparing essential documentation that underpins a seamless employee experience. By collaborating closely with HR colleagues, you will safeguard compliance and data integrity while building a strong foundation in HR systems and operational excellence. What you’ll be doing • Act as the point of contact for employee and line manager queries for Time, Reward, Exit - supporting end to end case ownership and resolution • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by updating employee records in HR systems, enabling reliable reporting and informed business decisions. • Deliver smooth time and absence management by maintaining leave quotas, work schedules, and holiday calendars, supporting employee flexibility and clarity. • Safeguard compliance and payroll accuracy through data validation and timely updates, • Support organizational changes effectively by processing job data updates such as promotions, downgrades • Create positive employee experiences during moments that matter by managing documentation and payments with precision and care. • Maintain trust and transparency by preparing and other essential documentation promptly and accurately. What you bring We are seeking an HR professional who combines accuracy and accountability with a passion for operational excellence. You should have a solid understanding of HR processes and systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance and data integrity. Skills & Competencies required include • Basic knowledge of HR processes and systems. • Good attention to detail and organizational skills. • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. • Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with HR systems (Workday, Salesforce) • Ability to learn and adapt
