As a result, we wish to widen the scope of our Technology consulting services and need someone to lead, develop, win business and grow our consulting business in this area into ADS clients. Knowledge and experience of Defence Secure clients is a pre-requisite. Our focus areas are mostly likely to include applications, cloud and infrastructure transformation as well as wider elements of IT Transformation so you will need appropriate expertise and experience in these areas. While the role is primarily focused on driving growth, we are passionate about the principle of working closely with clients so will also include an expectation of billable work. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to develop and grow an area of business, building on a foundation of excellent client advocacy, existing capabilities and working within a highly motivated and supportive team. Key Responsibilities •Grow business in Technology Transformation consultancy services into ADS clients. •Work as a Trusted Advisor and ‘think with’ clients to identify, develop and capture consulting opportunities, helping them re-imagine the future and stay ahead of the curve. •Lead teams delivering transformational consulting projects into our Aerospace, Defence, Secure and Public Safety Group clients. •Inspire clients as to the practical opportunities for technology exploitation and how they can bridge between the required business outcome and people, process, data and technology; •Define sufficient detail around those propositions (method statements, benefits, approaches, implementation plans, comms material) to support winning and delivering work •Identify and develop consulting opportunities, building a robust pipeline to support growth •Lead bids and proposals to win work •Build a robust and mutually beneficial network with internal and external stakeholders (partners and clients) •Work closely with the rest of ADS and consulting to support wider sales and delivery •As the line of business grows, ensure the successful delivery of the most important projects in order to achieve revenue targets and high levels of customer satisfaction. •Grow a market leading team of consultants to deliver accelerated performance, growth and profits. •Support the establishment of Sopra Steria as a thought leader through participation in industry forums, events and social media. •Support a consulting-led culture by embracing innovative, highly disruptive technologies that deliver new ways of working in a digital world. •Inspire the wider consulting community through sharing personal knowledge, coaching and the design and delivery of development activities
