Maintenance Associate - Twin Oaks, PA

The successful candidate supports the Plant Manager and takes charge of all maintenance activities. This position must be an advocate for workplace safety, data driven management and optimizing equipment uptime. The candidate must be a self-starter, possessing the ability to manage multiple priorities, develop others, build systems and roll up their sleeves to get the work done. This is a hands on, working position.

The position is responsible for extending machine life, improving machine uptime and reducing repeat breakdowns by restoring equipment base condition and implementing proven maintenance processes. The Maintenance Associate develops and maintains preventive/predictive maintenance programs inclusive of failure and root cause analysis.
