We’re looking for a IS Administrator to join us at Telia.
I’m Rolandas Levinskas, Team Manager of the Client Applications team at Telia Lietuva, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team, focused on 2 main areas: client applications and our shared product - Telia Call Center Platform. In this position, you will be part of the Telia Call Center Platform team and take responsibility for ensuring its operational excellence. The role also offers strong opportunities for professional growth into a broader and more advanced client applications support domain.
What you’ll do:
- Perform a range of application support tasks, including initial configurations, handling client requests, troubleshooting, and functional testing after infrastructure changes;
- Resolve incidents in line with agreed SLA targets;
- Collaborate with other support teams to address complex issues;
- Continuously improve platform monitoring and observability;
- Drive automation and standardization initiatives to reduce repetitive tasks and increase efficiency;
- Identify and implement opportunities to adopt AI in day-to-day operations and platform improvements.
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are a quick learner who is eager to grow your skills. You have experience supporting and working with enterprise size Linux environments and sufficient knowledge in:
- Web servers (e.g., nginx, apache);
- Network fundamentals;
- Databases (SQL);
- Scripting languages (e.g., Bash or other).
We would consider as an advantage:
- Experience with Asterisk or other PBX and telephony toolkits;
- Experience with Ansible automations;
- Hands-on experience with AI solutions throughout the entire lifecycle, from idea to deployment;
- Knowledge of monitoring/observability systems (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana);
- Possession of relevant certification (e.g., LPIC/RHCSA/RHCE);
- Understanding of ITIL processes.

Monthly salary range for this position 2720 – 4080 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonus. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
