The Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of Telstra’s Security delivery model, partnering closely with Group Owners and key stakeholders. You’ll influence how work is planned and delivered across multiple security domains, uplift delivery maturity, and improve transparency, performance, and outcomes at scale.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and manage work intake, prioritisation, and delivery cadence across Security groups.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote consistent Agile practices.
Partner with Group Owners to align capacity, capability, and delivery priorities.
Support backlog refinement, dependency management, and delivery sequencing.
Drive accountability for Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Provide operational reporting, performance insights, and analytics.
Engage with GOs, BISAs, and CTLs to support planning and execution.
Contribute to initiatives that improve delivery efficiency and collaboration.
About You
You are an experienced delivery professional with a strong Agile mindset and the ability to operate confidently in complex, fast‑moving environments.
You bring:
Strong facilitation skills across Agile ceremonies, planning, and prioritisation at the Group level
Experience with Coaching Agile practices and mindsets across multiple missions
Strong communication skills with proven ability to identify cross team dependencies and remove impediments
Proven experience supporting delivery coordination, reporting, and performance management.
5–10 years of relevant experience within Security, Engineering, or technology delivery environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and domains.
Experience using enterprise systems such as Workday, Jira and Fieldglass.
Clear communicator with a structured, proactive approach to delivery.
Comfortable operating in complex, fast‑changing environments.
