Job Description

  • Responsibility for, coordination of, and further development of the system landscape in the German market, with a focus on order processing, particularly the specialist dealer portal
  • Harmonization of existing processes across all crop types – including contributing your own innovative ideas to achieve overarching process goals
  • Design, optimization, and implementation of interfaces between relevant systems (SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft) in close collaboration with internal and external service providers
  • Definition of requirements for the Customer Service & Logistics department and representation of these requirements in international projects (e.g. within the S/4HANA rollout)
  • Execution of acceptance tests as well as internal departmental trainings together with end users, and support with technical issues
