
Sr. Project Engineer
Job Description
The Senior Project Engineer applies engineering skills to solve complex problems, using knowledge of Ecolab's customers and markets. He or she schedules and helps to coordinate innovative, complex projects to meet cost and time objectives, complying with design criteria and standards.

What You Will Do:
Supervise and direct the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal quality.
Collaborate with key support functions, including Sourcing, Logistics, and Production, to guarantee the timely provision of systems and efficient operation.
Prepare and review all Engineering Documents as per the client's requirements.
Takes charge of planning and communicating with internal teams and clients to support a seamless handover, then continues working closely with all parties to offer operational oversight throughout ongoing projects.
Oversee project budget and cost, maintaining profitability as per company strategy.
Continuously search and expand the network of sub-vendors to ensure optimal progress of projects.
Organize and facilitate return on experience activities such as project wrap-up meetings, lessons learned, and review of customer feedback
Managed execution of medium-sized projects while optimizing Cost, Scope, and Time
Led cross-functional team to ensure seamless delivery of project deliverables from bid stage to commissioning
Maintained project documentation aligned with ISO Standards
Designed and executed water treatment packages for customized Water Treatment Equipment Packages.
Identified and optimized network of resources (vendors, subcontractors, third-party resources) in support of optimal project execution
Delivered on customer satisfaction targets through fast and reliable technical support
Support customers in project startup, commissioning, and on-site activities
Mentored junior team members on project management and execution
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Electronics & Electrical Engineering
8+ years of experience in managing Customized Water Treatment Equipment Project
