
Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Austin, TX, office, primarily focused on winning 1 and 2 location inbound leads. The successful candidate will be focused on guiding small independent restaurant operators through a buying process, earning new business and establishing the R365 SaaS platform as the top backend restaurant resource in the industry.
How you'll add value:
- Guide restaurant customers with 1 to 2 restaurant locations nationwide through a buying process and sign them to R365 virtually.
- Maintain weekly activity and pipeline requirements.
- Maintain ARR quota achievement.
- Execute a full cycle sales process including prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
- Be coachable and willing to learn
What you'll need to be successful in this role:

1-2+ years’ inside sales experience.

Inside sales experience, in the restaurant industry, preferred

Open to constructive honesty and constant development.

Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 days

Familiarity with modern AI-copilot and approaches.

Demonstrate continual sales success with SMB level clients in the restaurant industry

Experience with Salesforce and other AI-forward sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team

Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success

Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to be in the Austin office Tuesday-Thursday.

- This position has a payrate of $26.73 - $40.10/hour + commission.
- The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
