About this Position As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and reliable order experience for our customers. This position exists to make sure every order—from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives—is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care. You will be part of a collaborative customer service team that works closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, offering opportunities to troubleshoot challenges, support cross-functional partners, and continuously improve the customer journey. What you´ll do Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions effectively Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams
