About the Role
USESI is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Inventory Solutions Associate to support our Central Distribution Center (CDC) in Tucker, GA. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting daily warehouse operations, and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and service. The associate will focus on execution, analysis, and hands-on support within the CDC.
Key Goals
- Support high levels of inventory accuracy that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Contribute to effective cycle counting and receiving processes to reduce discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide on-site inventory support for the Tucker CDC, including Eclipse research, cycle counts, and issue resolution
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze inventory-related data to identify trends and areas of shrinkage
- Execute and support cycle counting programs to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity
- Contribute to effective cycle counting and receiving processes by identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution efforts
- Identify, research, and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to perform inventory movements, adjustments, and audits
- Assist with process improvements related to slotting, replenishment, and returns
- Partner with CDC leadership to communicate findings and support corrective actions
- Support implementation of inventory initiatives such as Advanced Bin Management
- Assist with slotting optimization and warehouse layout improvements
- Monitor inventory-related data and escalate trends or concerns as needed
- Perform audits and physical inventory counts as required
- Support cross-functional operations within the CDC as business needs dictate
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in an RF warehouse environment required
- Previous inventory control experience required
- Experience with Eclipse ERP system preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment with a strong sense of urgency
