Train employees to standardized work and verify compliance
Write and update standardized work instructions
Lead problem solving initiatives with team members, align manufacturing resources
Lead Shop Floor Management meeting
Track key area KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and update SFM board
Schedule/assign team members to daily work assignments
Analyze performance of manufacturing processes
Mentor team leaders & operators on technical and leadership skills
Relieve and otherwise backfill for team leaders due to breaks, absences, etc.
Assist in paperwork completion and verification
Resolve personnel issues, discipline employees as needed
Troubleshoot processes/equipment as needed/escalated from Team Leaders/Operators
Complete other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Manager
Supervise manufacturing employees (approximently 40)
