Honda of Middleburg Heights is hiring an Experienced Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Answer inbound calls from our own service customer 
• Respond quickly to internet & phone inquiries
• Follow up with customers as needed to offer assistance
• Participate in team and process training sessions
• Utilize our computer tracking system daily.
• Previous Customer Service experience a must! 
• Excellent computer skills required
• Valid Driver’s License
