Analyze, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve safety, quality, throughput, and cost targets.
Develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain process control strategies for automated production lines for increased safety, efficiency, and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and quality issues in partnership with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for process variability, defects, and downtime events.
Collect, analyze, and interpret production data and KPIs to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) focused on process optimization and waste reduction.
Design and execute process trials, validations, and scale-ups for new products or process changes.
Develop and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with upstream and downstream operations to maintain production flow and minimize bottlenecks.
Provide technical support and training to production teams and operators.
