Capital City Bank is in search of a Retail Assistant Office Manager for their Cross City Office. The Retail Assistant Office Manager supports the daily operations of a retail banking office while supervising and developing Retail Banker associates. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, coaching team performance, ensuring operational accuracy, and supporting sales and service goals. The Assistant Office Manager partners closely with the Retail Office Manager to maintain compliance, manage cash controls, and resolve client concerns, and serves as a key leader and decision maker in the manager’s absence.
