As a Course Adviser, you’ll own the full sales journey. From first enquiry through to enrolment, guiding prospective students into the right course for their goals. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role where success comes from building trust, understanding motivations, and confidently leading candidates to a decision.
As a Course Adviser, you will:
- Respond to and follow up on course enquiries
- Explain course options and study requirements
- Guide prospective students through the enrolment process
- Use sales and relationship-building techniques to meet enrolment targets
- Maintain accurate student records in our CRM system
- Support administrative functions related to student engagement
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a course adviser or sales/customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to build rapport with prospective students
- Ability to meet KPIs and work both independently and within a team
- Experience in education or use of CRM systems is advantageous
- Working with Children Check (employee or state equivalent) or willingness to obtain
