Opening in Martin Place, this elevated, design-led space will bring MECCA to one of Sydney’s most iconic and high-energy precincts. Surrounded by a dynamic mix of professionals, locals and visitors, it’s the perfect setting to deliver our signature service and unforgettable in-store experiences.

The role you could play:

We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Fragrance Specialists to join our Sydney CBD stores in NSW: MECCA George Street and MECCA Martin Place POP. Help bring the MECCA magic to life, creating unforgettable experiences for our customers every day!

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Be the go-to expert in store for all things fragrance; helping our customers to find the best scent for them and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing! 

• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through-out the store 

What success looks like in this role:

• Proven fragrance experience and knowledge of top, middle and base notes; for the body and home 

• Highly skilled at taking customers on a journey to find the right fragrance notes for their needs, whether it be their new daily scent or providing an in-depth wedding consultation helping the happy couple choose memorable scents for their special day. 

• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to leave the store feeling amazing 

• An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
