Job Description

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Engage and address clearly identified projects that need specific solutions, either due to its peculiarity or the volume to be supplied, for shuttering and/or scaffolding.
  • Follow-up of the tender, submission, quote project of the customer’s order
  • Build´s up and maintains strong relationships with customers and jobsite teams, to ensure the successful during all the process from offer to cash
  • Comply with and support the strategy defined by the Sales Manager. Ensure the achievement of defined goals.
  • Market presence and knowledge of the complex projects in a tender stage.
  • Regular competitive market research for potential projects. Be up-to-date on the innovations and unique solutions of the competition. Know the specific projects of the competition.
  • Identify, engage and address specific projects, offering products and solutions, highlighting the differentiated technical components à Customers’ conviction that PERI has great competence in Project Sales / Give an optimal solution to the technical doubts that the customer may have.
  • In-depth knowledge of both the technical features as the applications of the assigned special products.
  • Prepare the best solution for the customer (combination of technique, services, products and price). Lead the implementation of the quotes, using the technical resources of the Company efficiently.
  • Lead meetings with the customer’s officers including contracts negotiation
  • Ensure the complete, adequate and timely delivery of quotes, contracts and all vital information to other departments.
  • Coordinate and start communication between / with all other departments relating to unique projects, ensuring that they are being executed correctly (project management).
  • Maximum precision of the quote at the beginning to avoid additional work at the submission, processing of the order and commission settlement.
  • Active cooperation with claims management to ensure compliance with payment terms.
