Manager, Service Delivery Planning

Job Description

  • Build and develop a strong team with multi-disciplinary and diverse talent, spread throughout the world for best-in-class pre-sales support to Solutions Engineers and Sales.
  • Organize Service Implementation Planning activities for all Managed and Professional Services, with focus put on most complex solutions that require extensive orchestration across Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery
  • Develop relationships with internal customers in the Vertical Markets and Product Management
  • Support strategic customer meetings and presentations
  • Work with the Field Services organization to develop an ecosystem that matches the needs of SES’ Service Portfolio
  • Leverage your excellent understanding of the customer base and market demand to craft optimal plans for complex and strategic deals, optimizing time to revenue and profitability
  • Provide actionable reports to partners across the Service Delivery organization and leaders in Vertical Markets to align forecasting and readiness levels, thus effectively supporting critical in-year revenue.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on SES products and industry technology
