Expert in performing data mappings, reverse engineering, gap analysis, documenting as-is and to-be flows and requirements, understanding of business objectives, planning, eliciting, scoping, analyzing, documenting, prioritization, managing change, maintaining traceability, managing backlogs, stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
Expert level of requirements analysis and documentation skills – Problem Opportunity Analysis, Scope Modelling, Business Process Mapping, Business Context Diagraming, High-level and Detailed Requirements, Use Cases & Scenarios, Business Rules & Data Catalogue, User Stories, Story Decomposition, Story Mapping, Requirements traceability and non-functional requirements
Excellent communication, active-listening, relationship-building, self-management, proactive, team-player, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a Financial Institution
Relevant undergraduate degree and/or post-graduate education in Business Analysis
