Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role with proven experience in Guidewire suite preferabbly last 1-2 yrs on Guidewire platform.

Expert level of requirements analysis and documentation skills – Problem Opportunity Analysis, Scope Modelling, Business Process Mapping, Business Context Diagraming, High-level and Detailed Requirements, Use Cases & Scenarios, Business Rules & Data Catalogue, User Stories, Story Decomposition, Story Mapping, Requirements traceability and non-functional requirements
Excellent communication, active-listening, relationship-building, self-management, proactive, team-player, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a Financial Institution
Relevant undergraduate degree and/or post-graduate education in Business Analysis
