About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Injection Molding Technician in Plastics to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Production Leading Hand – Plastics, this is an onsite role based at our Chirnside Park facility.
This position plays a key role across multiple work cells, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality manufacturing outcomes. You will perform die setting and changeovers as required to maintain production flow and equipment performance
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in manufacturing, ideally within plastics or high‑volume manufacturing
Hands‑on die setting experience and strong mechanical aptitude
A demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
Forklift licence (desirable, if not training will be provided)
Confidence working across shifts and supporting production
