Automotive Aftermarket Europe, one of 80+ business units owned by ITW, manufactures and supplies specialty and innovative chemicals for the automotive aftermarket. Automotive Aftermarket Europe manufactures products in Spain and Belgium, and commercializes them around the globe serving markets in Europe, Middle East, Russia, Asia and Africa.
Position Summary
The Junior Digital Marketing Executive Apprentice is responsible for supporting the European Digital Marketing Executive in managing the European digital presence of our brands through their websites, email marketing and social media.
Key responsibilities include ensuring websites are updated and optimized, creating and sending email marketing to different targets and assist with social media activities, coordinating photo and video shoots. The position also involves analysing and reporting on key performance indicators and supporting the digital marketing manager with various tasks.
He/She will work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive Europe and the Trade Marketing Team, ensuring digital communications are aligned with the overall communication planning.
Responsibilities
Manage and enhance our brand websites by updating product listings, optimizing the sites performances, and fixing product errors when they occur.
Keep the main websites SEO optimized by following the SEO strategy and writing regular content for the different brands and markets.
Create and send email marketing campaigns in accordance with the schedule drawn up with the Trade Marketing Communication team
Moderate our social media channels (manage comments and messages)
Organize monthly reporting on the main KPIs tracked
Assists the Digital Marketing Executive in managing the social media agency and help organize photo/video shoots in conjunction with our agencies and create content for social channels
Assist the Digital Marketing Executive with additional tasks
Job Requirements
Academic background: Apprenticeship in Master’s degree level
Languages: Fluent in French and English
Professional experience background: Previous experience in digital marketing (internships, apprenticeships, summer jobs)
Proven knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (for example SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, PPC and SEM) and practical application of digital marketing best practices.
IT/Tools:
o Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS environment is a plus
o Previous use of an email marketing tool is a plus

o Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
o Energetic and confident in taking the lead in a team
o Writing skills
o Organisational and time management skills, rigor
o Creative spirit and an interest in design
Position based in Pessac (33) – Accessible by tramway
