Job Description

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales within IT Services or Technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business consultative selling approach.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Existing network within Florida/South Florida.
  • Existing network in all or some targeted industries, such as logistics, Cruise Lines, high tech, supply chain, automotive distribution, and energy and utilities
  • Experience selling into /enterprise-level, BFSI, Energy, Tech, etc./ organizations.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, QA automation, or managed services offerings.
