Proven experience managing product development and launch projects using a phase-gate methodology
Strong leadership skills with a track record in matrix organizations
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Degree from a technical university (business background is a plus)
Experience managing large project-/cross functional-teams (>20 members) and R&D project budgets > €3 million OPEX
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
