lifecycle. Serving as the face of Enverus during critical onboarding phases, your focus will be on customer
retention, implementation and elevating our Net Promoter Score to world-class levels. This role is
impactful, directly contributing to our customer's success by understanding their unique needs and
helping them achieve their goals.
Performance Objectives
• Own the complete project lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional design,
development/configuration, user acceptance testing, training and issue resolution
• Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of customers, ensuring their success by facilitating the
seamless adoption and effective utilization of Enverus' services and offerings.
• Take ownership of the user onboarding and welcome letter process, onsite and virtual training
sessions to set customers up for success.
• Serve as a valuable non-sales discovery asset, identifying fresh opportunities and pipeline
generation to contribute to organizational growth and enhance customer success.
• Actively enhance the health status of each customer through usage monitoring, regular check-ins,
and NPS tracking.
• Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure customers derive maximum value from
Enverus' services, offering insights through high-touch engagements that contribute to sustained
satisfaction and business retention.
• Work with Product Management and Marketing teams to proactively strategize and execute
release schedules, client notifications, internal and external training, and adoption initiatives.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our Trading and Risk product catalog, staying current
with the latest features and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
• Work closely with the customers to build workspaces, migrate their spreadsheets and provide
best practices. Works independently with limited supervision.
• Use extensive industry and product knowledge to serve as the technical consultant for complex,
cross-product projects, translating business requirements into solution needs.
• Lend support to the sales team and special projects to support efforts towards revenue growth.
• Hands‑on experience with source code and version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
• Proven experience designing and developing RESTful, SOAP, and Python‑based APIs.
• Working experience with modern development tools and IDEs, including IntelliJ, PyCharm,
Jupyter, Postman, or similar.
• Knowledge of Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems (e.g., Allegro, Endur,
Aligne) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of basic risk management reporting (PnL, MtM, Risk decomposition)
Competitive Candidate Profile
• Sound understanding of the energy industry and trading and risk market.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably at a SaaS company.
• Expertise in running meetings and presentations for clients.
• Skilled at building long-term strategic relationships.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Highly computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft products, webservices and
programming languages.
• Experience in content creation and documentation.
• Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help others.
• Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
• Proactive ability to manage customer expectations.
