🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Next-Gen Platform Engineering
Drive the development of scalable platform services that enable persona-driven, agent-based workflows across Pax8.
Design Intelligent Context & Memory Systems
Oversee the creation of powerful context engineering and memory capabilities that fuel intelligent automation.
Build the Persona Platform
Shape the architecture and delivery of systems that enable dynamic, adaptable digital personas aligned to real-world use cases.
Enable Agentic Workflow Primitives
Deliver foundational building blocks that support seamless orchestration and execution of intelligent workflows.
Align to Vision & Strategy
Translate business vision into engineering execution, ensuring alignment with long-term product and platform roadmaps.

✅ What You Bring
5+ years of engineering management overseeing organizations of 10+ engineers
3+ years of AI and agentic systems involving AI adoption, workflow integration, and the externalization of AI capabilities via MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Agentic interfaces.
10+ years of experience managing and developing in high-scale environments (Search, Knowledge Graphs, or Marketplaces), including complex data modeling
10+ years of experience building configurable frameworks, API capabilities, and multi-system delivery platforms for global audiences.
5+ years of experience leading large-scale account migrations, fraud prevention, and information security infrastructure.
Expertise in high-scale environments such as marketplaces, search systems, or data platforms
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively at all levels
A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and bringing bold ideas to life

🔍 Background Checks
As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial). All checks are completed by our third-party provider, First Advantage. Once checks have been completed all candidates will receive a copy for their records.

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $200,000 to $240K,000 or more depending on experience.
