Assist in TDS development, including investigation documents for site works, construction execution plan, Class 1 and 3 estimate submissions, developing the R&O Register under senior guidance.
Facilitate TDS and investigation kick-off meetings by coordinating schedules, planning, risk assessments, and ensuring necessary reviews with the Development Manager.
Support the investigation-to-TOC development handover by preparing documentation and coordinating meetings to ensure a smooth transition.
Track and forecast pre-TDS offer codes, flag potential overruns, and assist in preparing variation requests as needed.
Assist in TOC assurance, program changes, and resource planning, ensuring accurate reporting, efficiency tracking, and appropriate resource allocation.
Contribute to investigations and solution development for SA Water proposals, supporting planning and preferred solution evaluations.
Support design development with consultants and stakeholders
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships by fostering collaboration, professionalism, and ethical engagement throughout the development process.
