Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business plan to achieve Group Business Banking’s objectives and targets.
Drive the marketing activities of Group Business Banking’s products and services to achieve target for interest and fee-based.
Proactively identify business opportunities, build customer relationship and expand market reach by delivering excellent services.
Monitor compliance to guidelines, policies, and procedures towards achieving operational excellence.
Report team performance and escalate issues and information that require the attention of management.
Lead and guide PLM Mobile Team members to ensure effective coordination and drive cross-selling activities.
Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of credit and marketing experience
Proven track record in marketing SME/SMI and commercial loans
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good financial and business analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
