📢 Now Hiring: Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
📍 Service Areas: Schiller Park, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Elgin, Schaumburg, Palos Hills, and West Dundee, IL

💲 Compensation
$78–$88 per hour
✨ Position Highlights
- Flexible part-time opportunity
- Caseload of only 1–3 clients
- No minimum hour requirement
- No maximum hour limit
- No meeting requirements
- Administrative support provided
- Choice of:
- Daytime clients
- Afternoon/evening clients
- A mix of daytime and afternoon clients

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
