Join us as part time (50%) HR Associate to be in charge of the organizational and administrative support in the relation with internal customers to provide guidance and support with business strategies, processes, communications, policies, procedures, and services for a wide variety of human resources activities in the Service Center that the Company has in Valencia (Spain).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizational and administrative support defining and implementing HR processes.
- Support in the entire recruiting process such as preparing job advertisements, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, employment contracts and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintenance of master data and employee’s files (digital and physical).
- Absenteeism management & control.
- Timekeeping management & control, supporting HR Manager.
- Support in health management, contact with the Mutua and External Prevention Company (Supporting Quality Department, also).
- Support for smooth interface with HR Services (Labor Contracts, Payroll, Social Security, Terminations, etc.)
- Support the team as required in annual processes such as Performance Management and Rewards Planner.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Contact with Universities and Schools to provide interns as required by Managers.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in an HR role is preferred.

- Excellent professional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Drive and resilience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in PC applications; including Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective project management skills
- Use of discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Ability to learn in a very fast and changing environment
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
