Process Architect
Experience level: Candidates with 10-12+ years of experience, AVP level profile in the industry are preferred.
Technical knowledge: Experience in process improvement / automation, Business process mapping and Lean project implementation is a must have.
Banking domain experience: Experience in client life cycle journeys such as onboarding, customer screening, KYC/CDD review, off boarding etc. is a must.
Cross functional experience: The candidate must have a strong understanding of team operations across multiple teams, ensuring a cross functional approach to defining and managing end to end processes.
Technical knowledge: Expertise in mapping, defining, and connecting the dots for complex end to end workflows is essential.
Technical knowledge: Must have experience with software design and architecture integration, ensuring seamless operational implementation.
