How you’ll make an impact
- Define project scope, timelines, and financial plans
- Manage project execution within approved budgets and schedules
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple functions and locations
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as escalation point for risks
- Drive effective communication through reports, meetings, and updates
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and ITM processes
- Coach and guide project teams to achieve objectives
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, operations, or continuous improvement
- Experience managing capital or construction-related projects
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset
