As the PM for CareOps, you'll drive a high-impact roadmap: improving workload distribution across the care team through algorithmic engine enhancements, migrating complex operational workflows into a modern internal platform, automating member offboarding, and supporting the rollout of new care programs. You'll partner closely with Demand Enablement, Member Ops, Clinical Operations, and a Bangalore-based engineering team, with significant collaboration with US-based stakeholders. This role sits within the CareHub neighborhood and reports to the Director of Product for CareHub.
What You’ll Accomplish
Design the strategy to overhaul our internal tool for workforce management. This includes RBAC, audit logging, and key features like dashboards, dynamic coverage management and more
Ship improvements to our care team to member assignment engine that improve our care team member workloads.
Reduce operational average handle time for key workflows
Define MVPs, set KPIs, and build out a multi quarter roadmap for the CareOps pod with clearly defined success metrics and delivery milestones
Write high-quality PRDs and partner with engineering to drive features from discovery to launch with minimal rework
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience shipping production features end-to-end
Experience building and iterating on internal tools or operational workflows for non-technical business users
Demonstrated ability to write clear, complete PRDs and drive features to launch independently
Experience with algorithmic systems such as matching, scheduling, routing, or capacity management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in healthcare, digital health, or care operations — or experience with products that serve clinical or ops stakeholders
Comfortable working with data teams; able to interpret analytical outputs and use them to inform roadmap decisions and measure impact
Experience collaborating across time zones with US-based partners from an India location
Familiarity with microservices architecture and ability to engage on technical trade-offs with engineering
